    Hi!,

    We source our skins in Australia, As far as we know the raw skins are Australian, sent overseas to be tanned and then resent back to Australia to be sold. Unfortunately tanning in Australia is a trade that is basically extinct on a large scale.

  Just a note: Exchanges are out of pocket; roughly $10-$15 to return it to them, plus an extra $9.95 for them to ship it back to you.

  The sizes are smaller than average, so would be wise to go a size up from your usual to avoid coughing up for an exchange…

  I've got rugged, the size chart is correct. The quality is great!!

  But some friends checked the size chart before they placed the order. However, their uggs are small.

    They are full of thick wool, this sometimes might alter the size slightly, but its best to get them firm to begin with because the wool will flatten and will mold to your feet. :)

  Above says "These codes are not available on sale items". What's the difference between sale and non-sale items that appear identical but located in areas of website ? eg. Size 9 blue loafers from 'UGG LOAFERS' $99 and size 9 blue loafers from 'ON SALE'/'SALE LOAFERS' $79 (implied previous price of $179) ?

    These codes are cheaper than the items on sale, we have put the codes to activate on the original items, its just that if someone is trying to order the sale item and use the code it wont work, it will only work on the full price items, i hope that clears it up a bit. The sale items are usually limited in stock, sometimes if we have multiple items that need to be moved we will add a full range to the sale items.
