Does anyone know how long it takes for an e voucher to arrive in one's in box after purchase? I bought a $450 Virgin e voucher 2 hours ago and received the tax invoice immediately but as yet no voucher. I thought e vouchers get sent straight away.
Virgin Australia e voucher hasn't arrived.

Well it arrived in my inbox at 4:30am. However it isn't valid until 21st August. I rang the issuer who said that the agreement with Virgin is that the voucher cannot be used for 48 hours after purchase. I have read the terms and conditions and it does not state anything about when the voucher is valid from. This is very annoying and disappointing. I just feel I should share this.
Mate…people process these things. Do you think these office workers will be at work processing e vouchers at 11PM…If it was during office hours, I'd guess it would take a few hours max. After office hours, I'd give them 12 hours.
