Try kmart? They have some cheap sets. If not, bunnings? If you can wait, eBay?

A generic set should cover most screws, unless your laptop manufacturer is a major douchebag. I remember my goold old Lenovo uses philip screws, upgraded with ease.

Note, there are star screws and star screws with a tiny pole in the middle that require a star screwdriver with a small hole as well, better to make sure first.

Find out what's the size/type you need for your laptop model - not sure what of star screws you mean but is it Torx?

I got this one from ebay for my laptop.

I got some cheapies off eBay. Had a variety of sizes for a few dollars. Bunnings would be a good bet if you knew the size though. From memory my HDD was a torx T9

  • i got these for $10 at masters and comes with torx. The quality is good for the price: https://www.masters.com.au/product/900032000/kobalt-10-piece…
