Ran out of Cash While in USA

Hi there,

I've used up all the cash USD I converted pre-trip. Here for two more weeks.

Which of these should I use now to pay for things, and/or get ATM cash?
- Citibank Signature
- American Express Platinum Edge
- ING Direct Everday
- Unused/unloaded Velocity Global Wallet

Open to any other suggestions!

    Cash withdrawal - ING Direct Everyday (overseas withdrawal fee is 2.5$ fixed)
    Purchase - Citibank Signature

      Does the Signature have a decent exchange rate? I don't have time to do the research right now :(

        Yes citibank have quite competitive FX rates.

        Both the cards I've listed above has the best rate possible (Visa global exchange rate).
