    What's wrong with it

  • Are there a lot of stock left?

  • How many were there?

  • +2

    did you buy one?

    • +8

Did the photo of the receipt give it away 😁

      • +9

The original image was a picture of the Xbox One on the shelf. His comment was negged unfairly.

  • +1

The FIFA 15 will most likely be a download token JSYK.

This is an amazing deal if it's not a price error and nationwide.

  • +3

this is the cheapest I have seen worldwide

  • wow, can anyone confirm it elsewhere too?

  • +44

Reports are in that Eastgardens Target have requested for Riot Police in preparation for the masses of OzBargainers.

  • Well gonna try my local one tomorrow first thing. Doubt my luck tho.

  • has to be a price error?

  • the fifa 15 download token expired on the 30th June 2015 but that's a crazy price.

  • FIFA download tokin expired? $200 big w ones a few months back only Valid till june30. Still good price even if it has

  • Display model?

  • good price almost as good as BigW crazy sale day

  • yeah game download token should have expired by now

    ALL SOLD OUT, DON'T BOTHER!

  • +1

can just see every target in the country with lines from 6am tomorrow waiting for the doors to roll up

    • Target will actually hold stock for people, so i wouldn't even bother without ringing ahead..

      • Not much use if the only store doing this price is Eastgardens…

  • Post receipt and I will try tomorrow?

  • I'm a PS kind of guy but the one day I don't go to Target…

  • the reciept just says 'xboxconsole', it's not a xbox360 by chance is it? this price seems ridiculously cheap if it's legit

  • +1

Obviously a store only special http://www.target.com.au/p/xbox-one-5-gb-console-fifa-15-dow…

I have called one Melbourne store which had stock and it scanned at $459.

  • I called Erina, Salamander Bay, Kotara, Charlestown, Cessnock, Glendale and there is no stock at any of those.

    • Tuggerah?

      • Just got off the phone to them, no dice…

        • That sucks, would have tried and get one tonight but oh well.

  • +3

Just got off my phone and Eastgardens sold out forty minutes ago so deal expired? Asked about a restock and not going to get in any more for a "while". Also said was quiet 'all day until an hour ago when phones started ringing like mad'.

    • they won't ever get any more in as the fifa15 bundle is long gone

      • +4

Also told me that was quiet all day until an hour ago when phones 'started ringing like mad'. The reach of Ozbargain… Almost as quick draw mcgraw as trying to get a pair of Yeezys through Foot Locker (emailing them less than 13 seconds after them putting up details).

        • True, OZB can be very effective tool. Owner should charge to the deals those come from affiliates and reprentatives.

        • -3

I did my part…even called twice just to double check in case one of the employer is lying and is saving it up for himself.

  • Nil stock Tuggeranong, Belconnen or Civic in ACT. Nice price

  • There is stock at some other stores , however they have it for $459, it seems the price is exclusively to this store.

    • So target has diff price at diff stores? That's strange.

      • +1

Aldi pricing model for clearance items.

  • None with fifa sticker or the price.
    Melb cbd target centre

  • i checked out fountain gate at about 7pm, only the more expensive assassins creed bundle available.

  • Why was it so cheap? O.o

    • +1

FIFA 15 token has expired. I presume Microsoft don't want to be caught out for selling something old for too long.

    • Probably miscalculation from store manager.

  • +1

I never understand when this happens… surely Target manager could of cut price back to $350 and still sold them out in a day?

  • Target open past 5pm on a Saturday? Anyone in SA looked into this deal?

    • +1

Called Marion and Centrepoint. Marion said it's $459, and Centrepoint didn't have it.

  • St Mary's NSW is out of stock :( just checked. It closes at 12am

  • Scans as the price on the website. Does anyone know if the website price was $229.50 at any stage when this sale was on?

From past experience items I scan in store match the online store. I understand this deal was in store/at certain store only. Just curious.

dont understand why this is allowed to be posted here when there is only 1 confirmed unit at the amazing price. it is even confirmed as out of stock at the OP's store now.

the up votes for 1 unit at an amazing price….

    • +3

Some of the "rules" go out the window if the deals get enough up votes

    • +2

Would you be saying that if you managed to get one at that price ?.

      I think not.

      • That's the point.

    • +2

Why? Because you didn't get one?

    • New?

  • -2

    Bought the wrong console, imo.

  • -7

Troll. There is no indication that the OP bought a Xbox One.

  • I called Rhodes, and Merrylands, Chatswood and Parramatta (Parramatta is out of stock) NSW Target stores this morning (Sunday 23rd August) and they are saying that the price is $459. One of the the assistants said that if it was $229.50 at Eastgardens then in must have been an in-store promotion or special price "and have a good day, thank you," which is what the OP has stated in the description of the deal (danilochan wrote "…Eastgarden, in store deal only.")

Another assistant said that it could have been a damaged box or some other reason specific to the store, but when a price drops it is company wide and that the current price for the bundle is $459.

Just to confirm, the download code has NOT expired. I purchased this same bundle from Target a few days ago at ~$400 ish (few discounts), the code redeemed fine.

A guy I work with bought one from Cash converts on the weekend. $299. Although not new, worth a look.
