Mini ITX Motherboard for Socket 1155

Hi all,

I'm thinking of downsizing my currently lounge HTPC from a full size tower (used to be my gaming rig) to a mini ITX. Currently, the CPU + Mobo combo I have is a 2700k with an Asus P8Z68 Deluxe, based on that I think any socket 1155 mobo will do the trick, though I would prefer ASUS.

I've found a possible lead on where I can get one from PC Market but quite frankly, I can't justify the price. I've seen other socket 1155 motherboards around for <$100 but they were all micro ATX or larger. Does anyone know of any places that might still have socket 1155 motherboards for sale? Preferably based in Sydney so that I can go and test the board before purchasing.

    Compactness? comes at a price and Asus is usually a bit more pricier than their competitors. Low demand is also a factor.

      I plan on checking to see if the board at least works first, if i buy it and test it at home and the board doesn't work, I'd have to take it back and get a refund.

      I've had a motherboard from Asus fail on me before and getting a refund was a bit of a hassle.
