If Deep Heat works for you that is great and we recommend you continue to use it. We ran some trials with Gyms and Ages Care facilities and had great results. We hope you try out Scrub also as the minerals in epsom salt and properties of arnica oil are exceptional for recovery.

Also, if you actually want to use arnica oil, you are much better off just buying a proper arnica oil cream from Chemist Warehouse.
Not incidentally Skrub team didn't want to disclose how much arnica oil their product contains so you are pretty much just buying expensive salt than anything else…
Regardless of the deal, nothing will help recovery, all is placebo.
