Dual Camera Dashcam

After the third time this year being rear ended, I've decided that my current single camera (out the front) dash cam would be better replaced with a dual camera model.

I have been thinking about the BLACKVUE DR650GW-2CH or the previous model the DR550GW-2CH, which has a 2MPx sensor opposed to the 650 which has a 2.4MPx.

Any other recommendations/suggestions?

The cheapest I have found the 650GW is $519.00. Can someone help me do better?

Thanks.

    Separate rear camera. e.g. GW1C

    • I was thinking about getting just another one for a rear view, but I just like the idea of 1 unit, 1 SD card, only needing 1 power monitor so it doesn't drain the battery.

Also a single dual camera setup would mean not having to worry about trying to sync the clock on 2 different devices in case and event occurs.

Definitely recommend the Blackvue, easier to view front/rear on the one app. Just don't try to put a bigger card than specs allow. It will end up causing issues down the track.

Yeah, In my old car I wouldnt of really cared, But I do love my Audi S4, and like I said, being rear ended 3 times in 8 months is really starting to piss me off
