Stay away from OO.com.au they should be banned from Ozbargain due to their poor track record and potentially illegal tactics

  That's strange, OO is usually pretty good at refunding money. In fact, they did my last refund in 48hours.

I am looking at purchasing one of the Blanco induction cooktops, but have a couple of questions for the store rep about the Blanco BIC603S..
1. Are these brand new? Is there any reason why they are approx $500 cheaper than other stores?
2. The manufacturers warranty from Blanco Australia is 2 years. Is there any reason why the listing on the oo.com.au website says that it comes with a 12 month warranty.
