In the designer, is the view front-on or back-on?
I think it's side-on. Like if you cut them in half down the butt-crack and crotch and then laid them flat, with pieces for the left leg and the right.
Its front on. You get to preview it before the order is placed. In other words, the 'right' tile refers to the wearers left leg

Silverlight should work for everyone. Did you enable the plugin? If your Adobe Flash plugin is out of date you may need to enable it. You can also use the simple editor tool if you don't want to use Silverlight.

What browser are you using? The design program "Advanced Silverlight Designer" needs the latest version of Adobe Flash.
Or you can choose to just use the simple designer.
