Highest Caffine Content Coffee?

Hi,

So, I skipped gym today just because of being lazy and I started to wonder if I have to take pre-workout again, was on L-Carnitine for fat loss earlier this year.

I read few articles which said a gud caffeine shot would do the trick and has less side effects than chemical induced pre-workouts, that being said I would like to know if anyone knew about a strong caffeine granules which can just be dissolved with hot water rather than beans available from our local supermarkets?

This is what I found online (http://www.foxnews.com/leisure/2013/11/05/8-most-caffeinated…)

I'm open for other suggestions, if you have any.

Cheers!

Can't you just pop some no-Doz?

    http://www.nodoz.com.au/faq.php

"No-Doz tablets contain 100mg of caffeine or approximately the same amount as a cup of coffee"

    • Would you known where can we buy these pills

      • Where can I purchase No-Doz?

Let No-Doz help you extend your waking day. Pick some up today. No-Doz is widely available in Australia in pharmacies, Priceline stores, Coles, BiLo, IGA supermarkets and selected convenience stores, and in New Zealand in pharmacies and selected supermarkets. No-Doz can also be purchased online from pharmacy internet sites, for example www.pharmacydirect.com.au, www.pharmacyonline.com.au, and www.epharmacy.com.au.

        • lol, I don't usually drop into pharmacy section unless I have good deal going on.

  • Years ago I read an article saying instant coffee has more caffine than fresh beans. I've no reference, but you have google…
If you really want to be healthy & loose weight I would recommend www.changinghabits.com.au , highly recommended.

    • will look into it mate, thanks

  • Many moons ago when I was a 2-a-day gym junkie we used to sometimes do exactly this. If it's caffeine alone you want then your best bet is the cheapest and nastiest instant you can find.

Rationale being that this will be made from cheaper Robusta beans, rather than the superior & lower caffeine level Arabica beans (which the more expensive coffees will openly tout they use). We'd just put a couple of teaspoons into a cup, add a lil sugar for taste and add a 1/2 cup of hot water to dissolve before tossing it back.

Haha don't expect it to taste great but it's far more cost effective than caffeine tabs etc, super simple & just as effective. Best done 15-30min before hand to allow it to get into your system

Suffice to say as with all stimulants, cycle on-off as your body gets used to it and as such benefits fade the longer you constantly use. :-)

    • I'm in the same boat too, picked up a kenco rich when it was special on coles, but didn't have that pump which u usually get from a Mcd and HJ black coffee.

Which got me thinking what kind of beans they use for their coffee.

Haha thats too high end - like I said cheap and nasty for THIS purpose (max caffeine) is superior to branded stuff. :-)
