Used to have them for ADSL, has no issues with them, good customer service, and good connection, rare to have dropouts in service. Connect and setup and forget about service till you move home. Little bit more exp then some of the others, but good reliability and customer service, and monthly contract options swayed it for us when we used them. (last used them 2 years ago but was with them for 3-4 years in different places - renting moved around a bit).
