edit - coupons appear and is different for everyone it seems.

Was looking for a surveillance system for the home and this came out $120 cheaper than the next best store on staticice. (http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=Swann+DVR8-…)

There is a $10 coupon and a coupon to get a activity watch. However, I can't seem to get to the coupon page. (If anyone can get the coupon popup please let me know so I can update it.

  Still trying to install a "brand new" analogue CCTV system in 2015? I'd rather get few Hikvision or Foscam setup and record on a old laptop and view on Tinycam Monitor or similar.

    How much would that cost and how do you set that up? I'm not too familiar with Hikvision or Foscam.

      1.3-3 Megapixel camera from those 2 will normally cost from $80-130 on eBay. You need a PC to run the camera management software came with camera to configure and record footage. Please be noted some camera come with DC power adapter, some only support POE which you have to get a POE switch or a NVR (Network Video Recorder) with POE output.
