For the ones who are tight on money but after a decent product I highly recommend the Powercube

I got it for $15 bux via COTD. It has two versions — one with built in USB charge ports and one without. I bought the non-USB one and it works nicely powering my NBN NTD device, router and a printer without using a lot of space.

      Well spotted.

I just love companies that rebrand a cheap OEM product then double the price to rip people off.

  • Does it even have any surge protection for that price?

  • Discreet…. lol. Perhaps when retracted. Ugliest intrusive thing when popped up. U still have spaghetti cables running on top of your desk. Not a bright idea of neat.

I have 3 of these and they are very handy. They are well built and install fairly easily.
At work it is great to be able to pup up the power pole and plug in a notebook, without getting under the desk.
    I use it most days.
The only bad thing is the big hole you need to cut in the desk.

  • Was looking at these on eBay a few weeks ago, though I thought they were already too expensive (black top ones anyway, 2 outlet @ $50)
The other ones on eBay have more outlets also, up to 4.
