3 Shirts for $99 (Usually $39 Each) - Charles Tyrwhitt

270
SALEDEL

Similar to a still active deal with shirts for $39 but this URL gives you the 3 for $99 option as well.

As with all CTShirts deals, it operates on a URL landing page to enable your deal. This one uses this URL: http://www.ctshirts.com.au/fbausl which then redirects you to http://www.ctshirts.com.au/default.aspx?q=fbausl|||||||||||||||
As long as you have the fbausl in your URL your basket/cart should reflect the deal pricing.
If that URL fails, this one works too: http://www.ctshirts.com.au/ausal1

They have a great return policy where they give you a sticker with your order and you just put shirts you don't like back in the mail for free. Great way to figure out the sizes that are right for you.

"SALEDEL" has been reported to offer free shipping with a $75 spend. Don't forget cashrewards.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend this offer at any time, without prior notice. ‘Strike-through’ prices refer to original selling prices offered on our website www.ctshirts.com.au/aupreview and www.ctshirts.com.au between 15th June and 30th August 2015.

  • dont know others but i prefer Hawes & Curtis.

  • Postage is extra for $12.95. So if you are not interested in purchasing 3 shirts, it will be cheaper to buy one shirt for $39.95 inclusive of delivery.

As mentioned by albafanclub, the site won't let you enter a promo code if you use the URL mentioned above.

Tried both links and got $12.95 postage.
Not allowed to enter code as code already has been applied.
Anyone know how to get around this to get free postage?

Their non-iron shirts are the exact opposite of non-iron

    • +6

Agreed, they should be labelled "Heaps easier to iron than other shirts but will still need a quick iron before wearing since you are not wearing a wool shirt".

      • To clarify, I don't think i've had a more crinkled firm shirt come out of the wash before.

        • I've been buyingnon-iron shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt for the past few months - and like cymon says, a quick iron is always enough for their business shirts whereas casual shirts don't even need any ironing. Definitely do not appear anywhere near as crinkled as any of my other shirts.

Fantastic quality shirts, though. Could not ask for a better shirt at this price.

      • I've only got one shirt from them that needs any ironing at all. I always hang dry my shirts, though.

  • Any idea how their Chinos are? any better than Industrie?

    • Never tried their chinos but their suit pants are great.

  • How to use Cashrewards along with this deal as CT uses unique links for each deal ?

I would grab the URL you need and paste it into your bar after you get taken to their site from CR. The domain should remain the same so it's like you just clicked a link.
Source: I do this all the time for eBay but have never actually checked if it has worked because I use CR too much and cbf checking because it's only a few dollars each time so I would recommend you not pay attention to this advice.

  • 15th June and 30th August 2015

    Wrong dates?

    • Those are the dates they say they get their strike through pricing from, to get around the breach of consumer law for stating inflated 'original' prices. Total bull because they have never actually sold at those prices. The 'aupreview' URL they offer is a farce and full of errors.

  • Anyone here can share some experience re: sizing? It seems like I fall under extra slim fit based on their measurement but I read in the previous thread that the fit is a bit baggy..

    • If you're not overweight, go extra slim.

    • I don't know if I agree with that. I am slim (175/62kg) and the Extra Slim sizing is spot on. They did apparently change their cuts at the start of the year.

In any case, you get free returns with CT

      • FWIW, I am 175/84kg and the extra slim is spot-on for me. It could even go a little slimmer. There is no tightness anywhere in the fit.

I'm not sure if I bought any this year so I might be outdated. Oh well, I just bought 6 more extra slims so hopefully they haven't changed them much. Free returns anyway, so it'll be okay.

        • I probably should have been more specific. I'm a 37 X-Slim. Is this the same as you?

I'd be interested to know how it fits once you get them.

      • 170/65 with 87cm chest and 84 cm tummy… Not athletic at all as per their extra slim description…

        Should I go 37 or 38?

"Our extra slim shirts feature clever fabric darts that draw them close in all the right places. This makes for a smart look and a smooth tailored silhouette for athletic builds."

        • For those that are concerned about sizing, there is a sizing guide on their website. If you have a favourite shirt, measure it up and compare against that sizing guide. Alternatively, measure yourself up with a tape measure.

To me their extra slim fit is not that slim (178/67).

Lastly, pitiek - according to your measurements and their sizing guide, I would go with the 37.

        • @Kinjiru: only 3.5 cm spare room for muffin top when sitting down though… :p

  • Awesome shirts, I bought 3 business shirts to try out and immediately went back and ordered another 6. Have enough now to rotate through for the next few years.

Many comments about the sizing on here, I am a fairly slim build and not surprisingly the slim fit fits perfectly (business shirts at least)

    $111.95 with delivery

  • Yep, great quality shirts, I got 5 last time and they fit exceptionally well.

  • This brand is quite aggressive in their marketing, which I personally don't mind. I have received 2 catalogues from them in 2 months, and they had another one in a financial magazine. They don't spam me though.

Generally higher end brand avoid this sort of cutthroat discounting and prefer to remain expensive & exclusive.
