I went for a tyre change at Costco Ringwood and spot Samsung Galaxy S5 for $349 while I browse the store.
Very cheap and the lady said they have a lot in store.
I am not sure if it is the same price or not in other Costco, maybe other members can check it out.

FYI, I have the S5 and it has a bad grainy camera. Sites online will tell you to change the settings, but it doesn't work. spend the extra money for the s6 with an amazing camera.

I know the s5 to have an excellent camera. Back in those days, it was winning blind tests (phonearena) very easily, constantly beating the competition.
Grainy pictures are generally from poor lighting. ALL smart phones have this problem due to the small size of the sensor.

So, buy a phone from Costco, return it and get a refund, wait and then buy it when it's discounted as returned stock?
The staff said it is common for people to "try out" phones and then return it, as long as it is within weeks they will accept no questions asked.
You can try that method but you will have to camp at the store as you don't know when the manager decide to sell the returned stock and at what discount.
And what guarantee do you have that you will get the same phone back? I wouldn't want someone elses phone. A lot of people use their phone while on the toilet…

These deals always make me wonder why people took back their goods and why the shop accepted the returns. I can only imagine there's something broken with them.
It's Costco, an American company who have an American returns policy. It still blows my mind! People can USE things like foundations and eyeshadow and return it half empty for a full refund in the States. There's no way we could do that here.
