Visa or PayPal for ease of cancelling auto payments?

After trialling both ScreenConnect and LogmeIn I've decided to sign up with LogmeIn for a yearly subscription of LMI Central (LogmeIn Central).

It's an annual contract which I've opted to pay month by month.

Question: I have the option to pay by ANZ Visa credit card or PayPal.

Which of the two would be easier to cancel if I decide to stop using Logmein ?

Maybe I'm doing so unnecessarily but I'm concerned LogmeIn may keep debiting my account even after if I was to cancel.

thanks in advance for any advice.

PayPal…you can stop auto payments in a few clicks.

  • PayPal

Or a Visa debit card - from a building society that doesn't charge monthly account fees. You go to a branch and close the account. So the answer is - both!

  • If you have a credit card the merchant can continue taking payments - even after the card has been cancelled.
Only way to stop it is to report the card as stolen or lost.

  • Most def PayPal

  • Thanks chaps.
