A quick background info. Xtreamer is one of the most popular brands of media players and has one of the most comprehensive firmware on the market. This little device allows for the viewing of 1080p materials such as blu ray rips, mkv, H.264 with no hassles as well as providing full menu support for dvd rips and isos.

The eTrayz is a feature rich affordable Dual Bay NAS solution. It has a gigabit ethernet port and includes a FTP, UPNP, NFS, SMB client. The NAS can be run with 1 & 2 HDD. The drives can be of different sizes and brands.

    "Xtreamer Media Player $40 Discount…". How is that misleading?. It clearly states that there is a $40 on the item not that the item costs $40.
    We already used that title for our previous deal and no one misinterpreted it.

      That's why we put those tips in the guidelines. Put the price and not just the discount. It helps posters avoid negatives like this. If you fix the title a mod may revoke the negative later when one ofus comes back to this deal. :)

        Unfortunately we can't even edit the deal because we have temporally been banned "Posting deals from hdcity.com.au has been temporarily banned on OzBargain. Reason: Exceesive negative votes over the last 5 days."

        This is our second ever deal and only negative vote. The previous deal had +8,0

        We were going to change the title to: Xtreamer Media Player W/Wireless/HDMI 189.9 . Dual Bay NAS $179.9. Delivery Included.

        Quite unfortunate, the negative vote has buried the deal from the start. The previous deal generated a lot of interest as was seen as good value for ozbargain users.

          @HDcity: Updated the title and revoked the negative.

          Reminder: As pointed out in the guidelines, put the price in and not just a discount.

          It'll help avoid early negatives and helps make sure shoppers are fully informed every time they read your deals. :)

  Did a quick search, the features sounded great but the official Xtreamer forums had some mixed reviews of the eTrayz.
