Does anyone know if there are any places in LA to watch the Melbourne Cup? I may be able to watch it on cable TV from where I'm staying. However, if anyone knows of any places where Aussie expats hang-out I'd prefer the atmosphere of watching with other Australians.

Thanks, holdenmg. That would be much appreciated as I tried searching on the net for a place without much luck.
You can always watch it from Racing.com from any location if you can't get it on cable. I tried with a VPN server located in LA and it seems to play fine.
