Might want to check clickenergy as well. I signed up with them and they do discounts on both the supply charge and usage charge. Most others like Energy Australia, AGL, etc only do pay on-time discounts for only energy usage and not the supply charge. Depending on where you are, the supply charge per bill can range from $60-100. So a discount on the supply charge is pretty much needed to see a real savings on the bill I think.
