Found these in the toy section in the Kingston store (TAS), they seem to be part of the drop zone. I may have grabbed 5, so there are only two left, and I'm not sure if it's at other stores or not (Seems like it might be all stores, or at least some others). Also, if you dislike the colours, they come apart really easily, and should be very easy to repaint.
They had some on a table at Runaway Bay store earlier today along with several other leftover toys for $1-2 each.
