Best Place to Advertise a Promo

Hi All,

We recently started a small web development company and we are planning of a small promotion kind of thing to build our portfolio and help few small business with affordable sites.
I would really appreciate if you guys can advise me where should I post this, can something like this go to deals section? as we are planning only to build number of sites (max 50 maybe).

    Web design deals don't do well on OzBargain. Hosting is okay because the community can compare the price with other hosting companies. But for web design — something that a value is hard to define — you'll be compared with cheap ready-made solutions, overseas freelancer rates or "13yo neighbour who did web design for free". It's not going to end up well.

    help few small business with affordable sites… (max 50 maybe).

    Contact some local chambers of commerce and see if they have a newsletter you can advertise in. Or maybe they have an event where they will let you promote your services to small business owners.

    Or else just distribute some physical flyers to local businesses?
