unfortunately three has not $100 credit for using the "100special" promotion code
Is anyone currently on the $39 blackberry plan and has had the $100 credit applied?
The lady I signed up with confirmed that there will be a $100 credit however now three is denying this took place.

unfortunately they said there was no recording of this even though I specifically asked at the time - and thought it was recorded. so now it's a game of i said they said
Then cancel your contract with them and re-apply. I think there is a cooling off period (7 days, but I could be wrong) for you to return the phone and void the contract.
Otherwise, tell them you will take this matter to the TIO.
was a couple of monthly back when i signed up :/
I may have to bring it to the TIO but I want my case to be backed up with sufficient facts / evidence before I do.

If you signed up online you would have received an order confirmation email with the 100special discount mentioned in the email. I had to open a TIO case before they would credit mine.
do you have a TIO case ID or something I could reference?
You first have to try to escalate it with 3's normal customer service.
If no joy, apply here for your own reference number:

After a few days TIO will issue you with a reference number and a phone number to contact 3's TIO resolution centre. Once you contact them, they will fix the problem on the spot.
yeah, might go the way of the TIO.
I have given them plenty of opportunities to resolve this without TIO intervention.
If you did it over the phone, a friend asked for them to listen to the recording of the conversation and eventually got the matter resolved in her favour.
