I am looking for recommendations for a installer/electrician who can replace our downlights under the VEET scheme.
Our case is a bit special:
- We only have 5 down lights (a lot of installers want at least 10 minimum).
- The down lights are current MR16, but one of the transformers is really old and has failed causing one of the lights to not work. We no longer want to use the transformers and want to switch to GU10, so some rewiring is needed.
I have gotten lots of cold-calls and junk mail for replacing these things, but a lot of them only replace 10+ down lights and don't do any rewiring (for an extra charge).
Would love to have some recommendations from you guys! Also, happy to pay extra for better led down lights. Are there any brands you guys recommend?
Didn't know anyone that do 5 leds. But I will recommend the Philip 5.5W leds.
