Don't want to pay full price. Does anyone have experience with certified pre-owned (CPO)? Needs to be 64gb but would consider iPhone 5. How does iPhone 5s compare with iPhone 5?

not sure about pre-owned, but the 5 is getting long in the tooth, go the 5S
What is certified pre owned? Is it a standard that Apple guarantees or is it something that mobileciti do?
Cos you know, technically anything that isnt new, is preowned. Not that hard to certify that fact.
