      Let's assume you are in the win or such why wouldnt you wear just thongs and t shirt? or something comfortable?

      I would If I was in the right or knew I had done nothing wrong.

        i generally go in a singlet and footy shorts, makes me look poor so the judge doesnt go as hard on me.

        Just because you are in fact "in the right", does not guarantee that the court will deduce that. Courts are inefficient and imperfect.

        Wearing a suit helps to give the appearance of being an upstanding citizen and respect for the court.

         

        Having said that; when I went to court I wore a hot pink graphic T-shirt, baby blue swim-shorts and Shox, but I was in the gallery.

          Yeah interesting how society has made it so that if you are in a suit you MUST be an upstanding citizen and have respect etc…

          To me it's just another corrupt MP or corrupt douchbag salim from auburn.

          *shrugs never been to court and will never go I hope.
