Yes there have been problems with how or what is being registered as being purchased, but the resolution system seems to work.

I know the enquiry process has been a failing on MBC in the past and we've worked very hard with the networks for them to realise we needed them to help us and finally we seem to have a system in place that means enquiries are addressed quickly and generally with a successful outcome. One of the networks is still getting there in terms of enquiry processing times but we can see that they are being more proactive recently.

I'd like to say I really like Moneybackco as well.
If the same mods from there are lurking here (possibly the same people), there is one small bug on the site.
When you search for BUDGET (as in budget rental cars) they do not come up in the search (all other rental car companies do though), although when you search alphabetically they come up fine.
I use them just about every week (and I missed out on a bit of moneyback because I thought their program was dropped because the search suddenly stopped bringing them up).
