sorry to ask you but I am struggling to find a fast & ofcourse cheap home internet plan for my home.
I recently moved in Roxburgh Park and started contract with Spintel which is lot worse than i thought.
I live in Harmony Court, Roxburgh Park.
I have seen many people telling how far they are from exchange and what speed they get? However, I have no idea about this?
I really appreciate if you give me basic guideline for this and also help me in finding best & fast speed internet.
ISSUES WITH SPINTEL.
- No 24/7 customer support
- Right now I am getting 2.38 Mbps download speed which is nothing. Normally I get around 5 Mbps. Again disappointing.
- Sometimes, internet is working. Some particular websites stops working. Fail to open particular website which is very irritating and I am clueless why it happens.
- Randomly disconnect internet and have to reset modem once/twice a day.
It has been 2 months and I am ready to move to a new provider but want to get help from by ozbargain fellows in finalizing a particular one.

Budget : ~$100
Req: Phone is not compulsory as high internet speed is the major issue.
Usage: I would say minimum 200Gb is needed everymonth.
