  • I can ensure you that for this price and from the pic in description it can't be "original", it just a fake crap that only last few days

    • +3

they're genuine, it's just xiaomi's bottom-of-the-range model (plastic casing, single button remote, etc)

      • +1

Can you provide proof/a product page for this? I can't see anything that says they make a dazzle edition. Looks similar(identical?) to the 'colorful edition' they were selling last week.

        • +1

          OP please reply

        • +1

It's the same product, they just renamed it.
          geekbuying.com sells 'dazzle' edition too.

        • +1

if the big chinese sellers say they are xiaomi, they are xiaomi. yeah dazzle and colorful seem to be the same thing, the link last week leads to the same page

Yup. Here are my PayPal order details from last week.

Original Xiaomi Piston Colorful Edition Earphones with Mic
          Color: White
          Item Number EEP-455477 $5.99 USD

I think before that they were called "Youth Edition" ?

        • @A3Australia: youth edition have volume control buttons on the remote.

        • @doperst:

youth edition have volume control buttons on the remote.

Yes, sorry, getting confused. We have so many Xiaomi earphones. And the Youth Edition do not 'work' with iPhones - just Android.

So,these are the better model to get if you have iPhones.

  • This is genuine authentic BEATZ.

  • +1

Are these ACTUALLY good, or just good value?

And by actually good, I mean the budget Sony sound quality lol

    • +2

There are lots of positive reviews for Xiaomi Piston 3 earphones. Youth/Colorful/Dazzle edition are built on the same driver, so the sound quality must also be good.

      • +1

OP said that these are the budget Xiaomi earphones… So like, the budget OF the budget brand… which is why I"m questioning.

  • +1

Has anyone bought these yet? I am tempted to buy one.

  • Darn it!

I bought another two pairs last week when they were US$5.99

Now they are only US$5.79 a pair.

I think I paid US$8-US$10 for my first ones.

To answer Cyberninja - yes they are worth the price. Especially for those with iPhones.

We have Piston II and III - which are very good and seem indestructible - but they were made for Android devices.

  • By the way - I found some Xiaomi Piston Version 3 for US$9.99 delivered.

I cant post this as a deal, because now only a few left (sorry I just purchased some).

There is an app called GetOne. You need to download/install it, then sign in, then go to "Limited".

You will see the Piston 3 there when you scroll down.

Also, both the Xiaomi 10,000mAh and the Xiaomi 5,000mAh Power Banks on sale for US$9.99 delivered.

You can pay via PayPal. Delivery looks to be quick as well.

    • i think this was a dodgy store. fakes i think?

      Warning:
We have received reports that this app might contain some malware and backdoors. I have contact GetOne who say there is nothing to worry about buy they are working on resolving the issue.

      • i think this was a dodgy store. fakes i think?

        No, they are genuine.

It was a false warning for the Android app - I am using the iOS App - and it was fixed last month when it was first reported.

        "Getone team

Hi, we are Getone app developers

This app is totally clean, everything in the app is 100% real.

The reason might be this app just entered the app store and google store, it is normal to say it is malware.

We guaranteed all the transition in this website is safe and secure, we won’t steal any password information from our customer.

we will continually deliver $9.99 deal every day, see more details in our Official Facebook account.
        https://www.facebook.com/getoneofficial "

        • lol i would not trust this app/team at all. they say its "fixed" and that the reason that its reported as malware is b/c its a new app because its new to the app store. thats BS. normal apps submitted to the app store DO NOT have 43 out of 56 antiviruses reporting it as a trojan.

          https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/0c2c53e6177ea05da6eab97f3…

they also confirmed that the malware was probably due to it being developed by a third party and the backdoors were inserted by them. anyone who bought it using the first iteration (and even 2nd) of the app should change their banking details/paypal.

        • @Feeblely:

lol i would not trust this app/team at all.

Well, fortunately it was only the Android version, and I am using their latest iOS version.

        • @A3Australia:

i would not use any app from since they've already showed their incompetence. i would never trust a company who let malware into their apps with my banking details at all… just letting other people know.

I quite understand how you feel.

However, don't forget that there were many apps, even in the Apple App Store, that were infected recently because of careless developers.

I only use PayPal to pay - and that was done on the PayPal site and confirmed. PayPal would shut down their account if there were any funny business. As was done by PayPal to "Sim Cards for Travel" recently.

          EDIT:
I used your link to https://www.virustotal.com and noticed that if I clicked for the latest info. they are starting to get the all clear (green ticks) from virus/malware detectors.

  • What's the difference between dazzle and non-dazzle? Is it just cheaper looking, but same quality?

  • Anyone order from this deal and not receive yet ?
