  Mini plan at $57 p.a 1gb hosted 100gb per month transfer unlimited sql DBs and unlimited emails seems to be much better value.
  Perhaps you could explain the recompense for downtime under the 100% SLA which seems to be the biggest advantage you have.

    Hi Colinjames, In terms of the 100% Service Level agreement with any down time on that you would recieve a refund for 1 months hosting.
    CPK Web Services has had no outages for over 11 months now not even when work was done upgrading the network.

  OP, I'm honestly not trying to be a pr1ck here, but for a web-hosting/design business, your site really needs some work.

  Your pricing does not reflect the standard of your work from what I have seen on your website and does raise alot of questions in regards to your skill-set.

  The 'wiggly' up and down font you are using on your site, has to go, it looks quite child-ish.

  You have grammatical errors on various pages, as well as layout issues, which for a 'design' business, does not speak volumes.

  I hope you are intending to spend any revenue from your hosting back into improving your design skills.

  Absolutely NOT attacking your efforts, simply observational

  -Followup - Nor is your site responsive, which is a HUGE requirement in todays multi device market.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.
    For the layout issues, i'll get the design guys to look into those when the next round of changes are done to the website.
    The site is responsive up to a point but I do want to work on that.

      Your site needs to pass the test at https://www.google.com.au/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ to be called truly responsive site. Currently it fails and shows you the reasons.

  Thanks for that.
  Its something i'll look at in the next lot of revisions.
  Most of our newer projects are done in HTML5 and CSS3 which makes a lot of this stuff easier, as with HTML 4.01, you needed a different stylesheet for handheld devices.
  Our web design pricing isn't listed on the website, only the website hosting and domain name pricing.
  Plus some of the extra services.
