I have played a little bit, the controls are a bit clunky and the gameplay is a bit confusing. These are just initial impressions, I'll play some more throughout the week and see how it turns out.

Are you serious? There is a giant text box for you to put you email in, in the middle of the page.
I had the same problem. Whitelist the page in your adblock/ublock and the email field will show up.
