it's a good deal but this game is pretty bad for a civilization game and abandons everything that makes civilization good and replayable. Everyone I know who bought it has done one play through gone meh and gone back to Civ 5.
Each to their own.
I found it to be really good on my free weekend, I thought it did a good job at making the different victories, diplomacy and trading actually relevant, on CIV 5 I rarely found it worthwhile to do anything except to go for domination.
