How is this a massive fail? a dead ad to you is a massive fail? lol

    • That spot would cost at least $20,000 a month

If that's not a massive fail, then I don't what is

I doubt IGN are in control of the ads ran on their website.

This forum post is a massive fail.

  • Hmmm Sounds like a scam

They prolly harvest all ur details and hacking into ur systems now

The fail, though not massive and highly doubtful of the costing you supposed would be on EB Games' end since they are the ones in control of their own website. Looks to me like they've changed the Url of the page and not updated their advert.

Either way, this thread is retarded.

A massive fail for IGN was when someone leaked their reviews scores for games that were months from release. To make matters even worse, when they did finally come out, IGN actually gave them those scores identically as they were leaked, and didn't change them by a single point. That's a fail.

I work in IT. This sort of thing happens literally all the time with pretty much every company except Apple (Because they wipe our brains if it does happen).

  • I don't think you understand how these ads work… Either way, thought of reporting the broken link if it's such a fail?

  • There is an ad for Halo5 - link seems to work !

Broken link on internet, who would have thought ?

    Massive Overreaction
