Should I wait for a better deal on an Xbox One?

Hey ozbargain,

So I've been in the market for an X1 for a while now. I've been looking out for a month or two now and was in like 2 hours late for the $330 bundle from target yesterday. My other option is the $450 forza bundle which I was going to go get a few days ago but decided against it thinking a better deal would pop up. I only really want to play forza 6 and forza horizon 2 on it and I don't mind waiting a few more months for a good deal. What do you guys reckon? Is the forza bundle from jb for $450 good value or is it worth sticking it out and seeing if there's another target deal like yesterdays from somewhere?

    Wait for another month or 2 . Sure new deals are going pop-up around or before Christmas.

        Considering this will be the first ever Christmas where a 1tb XBO and Forza 6 have been available, nfi.

    i bought an xbox when Horizon 2 came out and at that time I have Forza 5 and that to entertain me, but I personally couldnt wait too much longer… I mean right now there's F5.F6 and FH2 to play so plenty of content. Hell I'm almost finished the career races of F6 and the 2nd DLC isnt out yet.

    i got the forza 6 bundle from JB and do not regret it one bit. even after seeing the one on target for cheaper. i also have horizon 2.

    Just get it now. I farted around for months looking for a good deal and ended up buying one of the old Assassins Creed ones from Target and I don't regret it one little bit!

    Hell, I don't even know what I paid for it now? And to me that is a good indication of if it was a worthwhile purchase to me. If I forget the price, it was cheap for the use I get from it.

    How much you use it tells you if it was worth it or not.

    I got the original Assassins Creed box. Those games are worthless as is Kinect but I pretty much use my Xbox every day and have done so with Forza 5 and Horizon 2 so its been well worth it.

    I bought it a year ago for $399? Even if its suddenly $349 or whatever the year of use is well worth the $50 premium and the original $399 price.

    Not even worth thinking about to be honest.
