Wow massive prize pool. Looks like this coming week (11/11/2015-24/11/2015) there are 500,000 chances to win $10 Woolworths Dollars!
There is actually no minimum spend requirement. Each week there is a pre-draw and if you're a winner then you simply activate/claim your prize by spending any amount. The $10 requirement is when you actually use the $10 credit.
Just logged into my Woolworths Rewards Accounts to update my address details and saw a message "$10 off your next shop".
Went and had a look at "My Activity"… Apparently I won 10 bucks on the 21st of November! :)

Didn't know about it, scanned the card a few weeks back and yep, congrats you have won. Very nice, going to put it towards a Christmas ham :)
Had to buy just a couple of things, cost about $6.00 and scored $10 for next shop.
