[StartHere] MoneyBackCo - Unable to subscribe to newsletter

Hi there,

I have been trying to subscribe to your newsletter but an getting the following messages:

"Preferences changes to payment options are currently LOCKED due to payout processing. This lock will be lifted once payouts are complete."

and also

"Sorry your payment email address isn't valid, please re-enter it:"

I understand the lockdown but I am not trying to modify any payment details? Secondly, I am signed up to receive bank payments so an email address isn't needed? (My BSB/account details are present and correct on the page where I am selecting the box to subscribe).

Any ideas?
