Where to Buy Blind Spare Parts (Sydney Innerwest)

I need to replace the tilter for my horizontal blinds any ideas where I can buy the part.

Metal or timber? You can buy them as a spare part but it would be cheaper to buy a new blind.

EBay. I just had to replace a chainer runner thing for a blind and paid $4 delivered from China. Otherwise I would've had to have bought an entire blind as no where sold just that part . (I'd checked masters, bunnings, lincraft, Kmart)
