Just picked up EA Sports UFC from Target Chatswood for $5.
Price tag shows $59 but scanned as $5. There was one left at Chatswood but should be across all stores.
Also had Rabbids for $10 although the storeperson could not find the disc.

Bruce Lee I think was a DLC.
Arnold was in the WWE game I think.
Correct. Bruce Lee is DLC for EA Sports UFC whereas Arnie is DLC for WWE 2K16.

Thanks Pooman ! Picked one up at Hornsby NSW yesterday evening for $5. At JB they were $47 at the time!. Salesman said it was an obvious price mistake when he scanned it at the till and refused to sell it to me. I did mention that I think he had to by law. Not being 100% sure on that price scanning law myself, he called the Supervisor down anyhow. First thing she did was removed the other 7 copies off the shelves as just looking to minimise their loss (fair enough I guess). She had brought some huge admin type hand-held scanner with her, scanned it and it came up as a 'clearance' item. She advised therefore the scanned price was correct and it was mine for $5. She said when the national stock falls below a certain number they clear them cheap. Her focus then turned to what was in it for her and kept them under the counter to sell to Target employees and friends of her family. So that sucked - other Hornsby Ozbargainers will now miss out! However Peeps around Australia you now know that it is a legit $5 clearance item so if you can find a copy you'll get it for $5 :-D
