People on Vaya. Help me on stats.

I always hear issues with this company. HOWEVER, I would like to know HOW many issues you personally experienced and how long you have been with the company.

Wondering if they just hit each customer once or twice.

Currently on Telechoice 1gb 19.99 dollar plan. Wouldn't mind 2gb of 4g data.

  • Zero issues, but I never had to call them.

    • Exactly the same here. Was on LiveConnected, then they got bought by Vaya and changed their plans. Now on Vaya and never any issues.

      Reseller of Optus, so no connection issues anywhere I normally go, never needed to call, their website is good enough.

    Well, I had one issue, but that was my fault. I went through 1GB of data on the first day of the month, but I was tethering my phone to my tablet and it downloaded a software update.

    The only thing is they are very slow to send out usage notification SMS's for 50/85% usage.

  • Never had to call them once, exceptional price for what you get, with great reception. Could not recommend more.

  • Been almost 3 years.

    1st day had an issue where data didn't work - 5 mins with livechat and it worked.
    2nd month my direct debit suddenly stopped working. Was billed $20 in late fees. 4-5 emails later and the fees were waived - was a nuisance but sorted eventually.

    Since then my only issues have been the $20 fee out of nowhere ("Security Deposit") and my plan being changed after 2 years to something more expensive - was always going to happen though.

      3 years here too. No dramas at all. Got 12 months free due to referrals.( 1 referral means 1 month free).

      The only issue I have is they charging the data by MB blocks, but now they changed to KB blocks, so its all good.
