  I had the same power bank. In terms of specs, I measured the output to be 2.0 amps on the dot on average (using a cheap USB power meter I purchased from ebay). In terms of how much of its 11000 mAh capacity it delivered, the usb meter showed it output around 8,300 mAh (which is approximately 75% of it 11,000 mAh capacity). These results are near identical to my Xiaomi 16,000 mAh power bank which output roughly 12,000 mAh (75%) before running dry.
