    Does any one know if a signature is required on delivery? Would like a 15kg bag of dog food on my doorstep instead of having to go to the post office to pick it up.

      It's via courier, so you can give them authority to leave it at your house without signature.

        Really? I ordered from Petbarn just the other week when they had the same deal as this one, and I had to go to the post office to collect it. Luckily it was the one closest to me, not the one a few km's away that they always like to take my packages to all other times.

          It depends on your local courier/postal delivery persons mentality.

          I think they are MEANT to get a signature for the liability/policy side of things but most leave them for the friendly human convenience factor.

          As for the one a few KM's away I had the same issue I think it depends on certain parcel sizes ect as to where they are dispatched from/returned to.

          Yeah that's very true. Had one parcel I had to collect recently and didn't even look at where it was so just naturally went to the one that all my other parcels go to, lined up for about 15 minutes then the lady went to the back to find my parcel, then came out and said 'umm this is for 'y' post office' which is the one closer to my house. Was a pain haha.

          I have 2 of them within walking distance of my place, would be much handier if they'd deliver to those. Ah well, just made another $75 order with Petbarn, cheers OP!

If I could just get it delivered to work there wouldn't be an issue, only problem is the office doesn't always have someone there to accept it, and I'm away from the office a lot. And then I have no idea how I'd go picking up a package where the address obviously wouldn't match my driver's licence!

        just noticed with the order I put in today that there's a delivery message text box on the checkout form. Put "ATL at front door" and see if they do.

          Yup, that's what i normally do and the parcel is left at the front door as per message. I purposely left it out this time, so let's see if they would still leave it at the front door.

    Great recent experience with these guys. 15kg bag of dog food arrived but was past its 'best before' date by a few months. After one email they promptly sent out another by courier.

      it turns out that you can't use the code a 2nd time with the same account so i just logged out and did a paypal checkout without logging back it, same delivery name & address and it processed fine.
