Pretty cheap for a decent beer. I was going to get the bottles which are $47 until I saw these. Fully imported which matters to some…. $40 for 12 L of beer is pretty pretty good!

Short-dated local stock maybe? I vaguely remember getting buying a slab of 24 Becks cans at that price before. Wish I could be more certain, but after that amount of cheap Becks, vague is the best I can do. :-)

Can you buy partially imported beer? What happened to the parts that didn't make it?
Maybe 'fully imported' excludes situations where contents are imported in bulk, and packaged in Aust.

Slabs at Eastwood DM's have a best before date of December 2015. And, according to my taste buds, canned beer has a shorter shelf life than bottled beer.
Still, $40 for 12L of beer. I'm sure we can all down it by then…… Mmm, beer tastes good.

Yep. I gotta agree. I had one directly after having a VB stubbie, and so I expected it to taste bad. But tasted v.good. I'm off to buy another slab.
Man, a 500ml can of Becks after a stubby of VB would be like mothers milk!
Old car oil would taste appealing after a VB I reckon. Gotta be one of the worst beers one can drink. (I drank the stuff when I was young, then I discovered what beer is supposed to taste like, haven't been back in 20 years)
