That’s why, after careful consideration of recent customer feedback, we’ve decided to return to using Australia Post as our delivery partner. While the courier networks do offer flexible services, the sheer weight of numbers expressing a preference for Australia Post ensured that this was a no-brainer decision. It was made even easier given the Australia Post upgrades that now allow you to track, redirect or schedule re-deliveries of your parcels through a mypost account.

But wait there’s more! To help highlight this change, I want to give you free delivery all weekend long!* That’s free delivery, site-wide, until 11:59pm Sunday 8th November (excludes auctions).
