Use a mobile service. Probably the easiest way as there are so many to choose from.
Ask your friends, neighbours, anybody close, then, has anybody ever heard of Yellow Pages, even Google or Yahoo online is the place to start searching for specific info as such in this request, and many many others. Ozbargain is Australia wide, and this is the worst place to start asking other than for very generalized subjects.
I do not mean to sound rude, but so much time & space is wasted on simple questions. I see you are newish still, to the site and OZ with what appears to be a good undertsanding of English. Please search people close first, then online, and ask your specific questions with details included. Then maybe you will get much more helpful and direct answers to match your questions. And that is good for everybody. I hope this makes it easier for you.

Whilst the OP's question had little relevance to me, the answer by Thrift showed me the Yellow Pages has a search function by when a shop is open. Something I didn't know. (Something I didn't know, I didn't know)
Sure there are plenty of places to search for information, but OZBargain is great to find knowledge.
I'm sure there is someone ..what suburb?
