Huh. My order arrived in ~2 weeks, and I've contacted them twice, with responses the day after I sent my messages.
Why not try their facebook page either message or direct post. When I use message I advise the recipient that I used message for privacy. Nothin' and all implied/ Goodluck.
The extend tights offer finished on 7 /11. Maybe that will be their reason or not!
