I can't recall seeing Cold Power this cheap for a very long time. The last 2 litre I bought was at $7.50 and I thought that was good.
It doesn't seem to be nation-wide as they have it for $7.49 in parts of WA. I suggest checking online before going out to buy some to make sure your store is selling it for $6.99.

Thanks OP, I usually don't keep abreast of IGA's weekly specials. Purchased 3 this morning and agree, the best I've ever seen at Woolies / Coles is $7.50.
I'm pretty much the antithesis of a hippy, but I exclusively use the Earths Choice washing liquid, at about $2.20 / litre it seems a more attractive price, and it's phosphate free. Works fine with cold and in both top/front loaders (though they do sell a front loader product).
