In true OZB style, I negotiated the price my new laptop (XPS 15).
They've emailed me a quote. CashRewards are giving a 5% cash back.
Is it possible to still take advantage of CashRewards when buying from a quote Dell have emailed me?

Thanks for that. How annoying. Very keen to get the xps 15 but still to expensive. fingers crossed for another ebay 20% off sale to buy one from dell ebay.
I am not sure how reliable Dell's tracking is. I did an order and didn't receive any tracking from CR.
Dell's service is also super useless - after the order was made, they cancelled my order with no notifications. They then created a new order on their own accord to only ship one of the two items. When I called to find out 2 weeks later (I thought they shipped separately), they said my payment could not be verified. Told me to check my own credit card. But a day later, they proceeded to create another order to send the second item. The 2 new order numbers are different from the original I made via CR, so I didn't bother questioning CR as I doubt it would have been tracked. The cashback was meant to be $50+.
TL;DR: Dell's tracking isn't reliable from experience so be prepared to not receive anything.
