Tips for Picking up a Cheap i3/i5?

It looks like my i3 headless Plex server has finally packed it in. It's a first gen i3 so it's been going for a while. Narrowed it down to either PSU or motherboard, and it's not worth replacing either at this point.

So I'm looking for a replacement i3/i5 to pick up the workload. Not looking for anything flash, a second hand Dell would be ideal and they seem to be going for around the ~$200 mark on Gumtree. Can anyone recommend a cheaper place to get something like this? Preferably somewhere in Geelong or Melbourne, postage wouldn't be worth it.
