Adore Beauty is a good option. Looks like they have a good range of Aesop gift sets as well as individual items.
I've been shopping online with them for a few months now because:
free shipping on ALL orders (not just those over $100 for example)
their gift-with-purchase offer codes change frequently and they always have a few going
you can stack offer codes i.e. a "spend $79 sitewide" with a "spend $75 on Benefit products" to get a free product and a free Benefit gift-set (and I think I stacked a 10% off code as well) and you always get a couple of free samples (I ended up spending approx $75 all up)

To be honest I would suggest going to an Aesop store (standalone or DJ's/Myer Concession) for your first purchase. Their advice will help you choose the right products. They also give you lots of sample sachets of their other products to try out and will gift wrap it for you. Once you know what products suit your wife you can then look for better prices. I did buy some Aesop products from oo.com.au once when they had a discount + free shipping.
