Logitech Orion Spark Was Bought as a Gift

Hey, my girlfriend recently bought this keyboard for me and sent it over to Melbourne from Sydney. She purchased it from the EB Expo I think. It's new and sealed but when I opened it, the wires were not properly tied up, there were sweat marks on the keyboard, sweat dirt deposits etc. So I sent an ask to Logitech and they told me I needed the receipt to process a claim.

Now, is there anyway I can do one without the receipt? My girlfriend is unwilling to give me the receipt because she doesn't want me to worry about the cost. But she's also really frustrated that the gift wasn't perfect.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reading!

  • My girlfriend is unwilling to give me the receipt because she doesn't want me to worry about the cost.

Get it from her. You know what the gift is anyway and can easily google what it would cost.

    • she says she's misplaced it. I know what it's cost is but the logitech customer service personnel requires the actual receipt to do anything about the problem.

  • Maybe confirm if it was purchased from EB Expo? If so, maybe you could try to exchange at a local EB Games store

    • will they allow that at the shop if I'm able to prove it was from the expo?

      • No idea, contact EB online and see what they say?
